AWAM chapter 34 is a nonprofit organization formed for the purpose of championing women's professional growth and enrichment in the aviation maintenance fields by providing opportunities for sharing information and networking, education, fostering a sense of community and increasing public awareness of women in the industry. Our membership includes maintenance technicians, engineers, pilots, air traffic controllers, business owners, educators, journalists, flight attendants, dispatchers, high school and university students, airport managers, those with an interest in aviation, and many others.
